After graduating in 1991 and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992, I initially worked for Midland Bank (now HSBC), The Littlewoods Organisation, and the Co-operative Group. I then spent 21 years in private practice, including time as a Director at a national PLC and 6 years as an Equity Partner at a regional firm in Chester.

Over the last 35+ years, I’ve gained extensive experience advising a diverse range of property owners, developers, and occupiers—from major pension funds and corporations to local businesses and individuals. Regardless of project size or client, I apply the same level of service and professionalism to every job. This commitment to consistently provide excellent client service was the foundation for establishing Cottrell Commercial back in 2009.
